Styling wavy hair with a blow dryer?

okay i have wavy collar bone length heavily layered hair.

i am thinking of scrunching to tomorrow because i dont feel like getting up early and straightening it.

if i put in some frizz serum and then some scrunching mouse to scrunch it, then blow dry my hair with a diffuser with my hair upside down, would that keep the frizzies away?

i want to know if this would make my hair pretty and wavy. because it usually gets pretty frizzy

i have wavy hair too. I use Catwalk. I use the root boost for the roots and the curl amplifier for the ends. My hair will get extremely frizzy if I don't use them both. I have super thick hair too.
