Other than a serum is there a { relaxing } product to tame frizzy hair after styling?

If you give your finished style a quick blow on the cold air setting of the dryer that tames all the wild stray hairs. Also if you just take an extra blob of conditioner and smooth that into the ends of your hair when its dry that may help. This is all cheapo options! Go for it my fellow frizzer!

There is a line of products by John Frieda called Frizz Ease that work very well.

Yeah a few products work after styling. I use Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon its a really light creme that you use on dry hair and it works miracles. Pretty cheap too

There is no product to help the texture of super frizzy hair, unless you use a CHI or ceramic or tourmaline flat iron. If you want a more long term chemical product you should check into having your hair chemically straightened, and that would tame frizz. Adding serum after that would definitely help. John Frieda sucks.

If you interested in using a natural method this site:

offers a few remedies for frizzy, dry, and damaged hair.

They are pre-styling, but perhaps they will help you out in the long run.

A mild relaxer (what black/mixed race use), lots of products on the market. Go into a AfroCaribbean hair shop or buy it off the internet. This will make your hair permanently straight!

I prefer FrizzEase by John Frieda. When I was a teenager I had a styling regimen and there are few people who had more frizzy hair than me. I used Sheer Blonde the Shampoo and the Conditioner by John Frieda as well as the FrizzEase and it made my hair manageable. The thing to remember with specialized styling products is that it is most likely created with the entire line in mind, example- FE+ SB= Pefect hair. Fortunately John Frieda now makes Sheer Brunette which I have not had the chance to try. FE will keep you hair under control. Another one is Garnier Fructis Hair Wax. Or Got2Be Kinky Mousse. That stuff will give you curl and tame the frizz. There is also Pomade and you may just want to try a variety of products and see what works best for you. They can get a little expensive but they are really worth the price.

* With FrizzEase the key is in moderation. Yes it is greasy BUT if you rub it in your palms and then spread it through your hair it is not too hard to get it evenly spread.
