alright im a guy and i have thick straight hair i need some tips what should i style it as. its not really long its like past my ears and then the front touchs my eyebrows so maybe that will give u an idea of how long it is.....

Well you should style it like the boys on two-a-days if you have ever seen that show.
If not-they leave it about the same length as yours but they swoop their bangs off to the side(sort of-its hard to explain) and most of them have the same type of hair as you described

-grow it out
-cut it shorter
-cut it short and spike it
-buzz it
