Unless your mom knows how to cut shaggy layers into your hair, you would be better off printing those pictures and taking them to a hair stylist. Although the cuts look relatively simple, trust me, they are not. It's very technical. I have a similar version, and my hair is shorter.

it looks like all you need is to get short layers in your hair and side swept bangs
for styling:
1st: straighten it
2nd: flip your hair over and blow dry it upside down (this will help the layers show more)
3rd: frizz up the top layer using some water wax which you can pick up at walgreens its pretty cheap
4th: take a comb and frizz from under the layer like lift up the top layer and comb toward your head instead of out
then you have a basic scene style haha

straight your hair and get a wing bang. it would be better if you have straight hair to begin with and Happy Thanksgiving!
